Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
